Sanctified Hope Home will have our first 3 of the 16 applicants arrive in December. We are so excited to begin the process of supporting women in their total life transformation.

Our New Landscape

A tremendous thanks to Gay Larson, Ellen Woodward and master gardeners. As a result of their work, we have new landscaping in the front of our duplex. They also purchased and installed an amazing drip-irrigation system. Stuart Nursery and Duvall Landscape donated plants and 16 people came and planted everything. What a beautiful job they have done.

Vans have arrived !!!

Thank you to Northside Baptist Church for donating 2 vans to transport our program participants to various appointments.

We have been Working Hard

Our Board is expanding

Our newest board member is Randi Daniel. Please read her amazing bio on our website at Sanctified Hope.org. She and Janet went to Bridgeport State Facility to the women’s re-entry forum this month. We joined with 4 other transitional programs. It was exciting to see that other agencies in Texas are realizing the importance of the holistic approach for helping women; not just helping them secure a job.

From the Executive Director

Autumn has arrived here in Texas and I love it; cooler days, bright starry nights and a sense that it is time to slow our hectic pace of summer. Soon the number of hours of daylight will shorten and then it will be winter. Winter will hold exciting, new experiences as our first 3 program participants will arrive.

We are grateful to Scott Marsh, Missions Pastor at Trinity Bible Church for visiting SH on October 4th. He came with a basket of gifts for our home and words of encouragement for our hearts. Thank you Scott for your meaningful prayer and thank you Trinity for your on-going prayer and financial support. You truly make a positive difference!!

Lastly, I just returned from an amazing conference in Southern California. Although it was not a Christian conference, the organizations that are having the best results in California’s Re-entry Process are those that talk hope, healthy relationships, healthy communication and strong community collaboration. Pray for us as we support SH program participants to help in our communities with integrity and trust. It is proven after experiencing real friendship and giving back, women will not go back to prison.

We have reached out to several foundations to help with scholarships for some potential program participants. If you would like to sponsor a woman ($300 a month) for the first 9 months until she is able to secure a job, give us a call at 817-901-5446.
